Products and custom development
Four products so far, all on the same event, workflow and spatial services. Sightline is the datacentre monitoring platform. DAIOS handles engagement without an operator. The Monitoring App puts the platform on a phone. Alarm Command moves signals between systems.
DAIOS
Operator as a Service. When an alarm fires, DAIOS engages the right contacts by voice, SMS, chatbot or email, captures the resolution, and posts the outcome back to the platform.

The monitoring platform on a phone. Client records, work orders, test modes, dispatch and patrol jobs, live cameras and the activation queue, white-labelled to your centre.

A signal broker for central monitoring stations. Signals arrive from mailboxes, receivers, platforms or webhooks, then are normalised, routed and delivered onward in whatever protocol the destination speaks.

Most sites already run panels, receivers, cameras and a monitoring platform. Where an off-the-shelf product does not fit, we build around what is already installed rather than replacing it. In practice that means integrating with the existing platform, adding the services it does not provide, and building the interface the operators actually use.
The same applies to deployment. Systems run on-premise inside the facility or hosted by us, with role-scoped access, full action logging and compliance export either way.
